Our policy on reviews

Only guests who have booked and actually stayed in a room in our property can leave a comment. So comments visible on the site are left by real customers. We want you to share your experience on both its positive and negative aspects when there is one. We simply ask you to follow a few simple rules.

For an opinion to be taken into account and published, it must obligatorily respect the following instructions :
1/ To submit a review, you must have made a reservation and have stayed in our guest house.
2/ An opinion must reflect the experience lived during the stay. It must be suitable for all audiences.
3/ The words and terms used must not be offensive to the establishment or other hosts. Hate content, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit comments or violence are not allowed.
4/ Internet links, email addresses or any other personal information are not accepted in the reviews.
5/ Reviews are never modified or moderated by the establishment, however, the management of the establishment has a right of reply. Reviews are always posted in their entirety, whether positive or negative. Once your comment is submitted, if you wish to modify it, you must contact us.
6/ Reviews that do not comply with our reviews policy are not published without giving any right to change by the person who filed the review.
7/ Your opinion must be filed within 30 days of the request made by the establishment.
